Why We Built This

We spent 14 years hating our CRM.
So we built one we'd want to use.

Our team built and sold an enterprise SaaS platform—intranet, communication, collaboration—the whole stack. Eight-figure exit. Fourteen years of building, selling, and scaling.

For every single one of those years, we used CRMs that made us want to throw our laptops out the window. Bloated enterprise software that required consultants just to set up. Is my data safe?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Wefire does not use your data to train models. When you use AI features, your data is processed by your chosen provider (Claude, GPT-4, or Gemini) according to their privacy policies.

Can I import from my current CRM?

Yes. We support imports from CSV, Excel, and direct migrations from popular CRMs. Our import wizard maps your fields automatically, and we offer white-glove migration support for Pro customers with complex data.

What AI models do you support?
